General Rules for Returns and Exchanges

2. Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt.

II. Returns

1. if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it.
2. Products may be returned only if they are in their original condition, unopened, unused, with labels and packaging intact.
3. Unless the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

III. Exchange

1. If you want to replace the product with a different size, color or style, you can do so within the return period, but you need to be reminded that the shipping costs need to be borne by you.
2. The value of the exchanged product must be equal to or less than the value of the original product. If the exchange product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
3. As with returns, the exchange product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all labels and packaging intact.

IV. Defective products

1. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Defective products must be notified to us within 10 days from the date of receipt.

 

V. Non-Returnable Items

1. Certain items (such as personalized items or specials) may not be returnable or exchangeable. Please check the product description for details.
2. For health and safety reasons, hygiene items (such as masks or party supplies that come into contact with food) cannot be returned.

 

VI. Return Procedure

2. Please package the product properly and include the return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.

 

VII. Refunds

1. Once we have received your returned product and confirmed that it is eligible for return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
2. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
