General Rules for Returns and Exchanges

2. Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt.
II. Returns

3. Unless the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
III. Exchange
1. If you want to replace the product with a different size, color or style, you can do so within the return period, but you need to be reminded that the shipping costs need to be borne by you.
2. The value of the exchanged product must be equal to or less than the value of the original product. If the exchange product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
3. As with returns, the exchange product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all labels and packaging intact.
IV. Defective products
1. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Defective products must be notified to us within 10 days from the date of receipt.
V. Non-Returnable Items
