3. If your order information is correct, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. PS: If you have a coupon code, you can use it to apply for a discount on this page.

4. Fill in the correct shipping address, e-mail, phone number, and select the delivery method payment method, click “Order Now”, and finally, jump to Paypal page or checkout page to complete the payment. Then your order is placed.

A:  We accept Paypal (via checkout), please contact us if you would like to pay in other methods. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy and free, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you complete it, you can send your payment in minutes.

We will send tracking information to your registration email immediately after ship out.If you think your order tracking is abnormal, feel free to email us.

Shipping

Most of our products are in stock, please consult customer service before ordering, out of stock products will be made immediately after ordering (time limit of 5-15 days), such as the urgent need to tell customer service to help you to expedite the delivery of about 5 days.

Starting from the next day of your payment, the spot needs to be packaged after quality inspection, and the quality inspection takes time, so it will be delivered the next day. The customized and now-made goods will take 5- 10 days. For details, please consult customer service and determine the delivery time according to customer service.

Although we try our best to ensure that the picture is consistent with the actual product color, there may be slight color difference due to different display settings. This difference is usually very subtle and will not affect the overall effect.

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:

 Free of charge, full refund.

·Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started. 

 

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
