3. Click the button "Proceed to Checkout" if your order information is correct. PS: You can use the coupon code to apply for the discount on this page if you have the code.
4. Fill in the correct shipping address, email, phone number, and choose the shipping method payment method, etc, click "Place order now", finally, skip to the Paypal page or Checkout page to finish your payment. then your order is placed.

A:  We accept Paypal (via checkout), please contact us if you would like to pay in other methods. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy and free, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you complete it, you can send your payment in minutes.

We will send tracking information to your registration email immediately after ship out.If you think your order tracking is abnormal, feel free to email us.

Shipping

Some of our best-selling models are in stock. Please consult customer service before placing an order. Clothes that are not in stock should be made now after the order is placed (10-15 days' time limit). If you need it urgently, you can tell the customer service to help you expedite it and deliver it in about 5 days.

Starting from the next day of your payment, the spot needs to be packaged after quality inspection, and the quality inspection takes time, so it will be delivered the next day. The customized and now-made goods will take 5- 10 days. For details, please consult customer service and determine the delivery time according to customer service.

All cosplay clothes in our store can be tailored, and the notes for ordering (net size): gender, height, weight, measurements and shoulder width (if you want to fit better, you can provide: large arm circumference, small arm circumference, sleeve length, thigh circumference and calf circumference, and clothing with shoes needs to provide foot length); Most of the accessories are average size. Our Cosplay clothes are made of high quality fabrics, such as polyester fiber, cotton, spandex, etc., to ensure comfort and durability. The specific materials will vary from clothing to clothing. Please refer to the description of each product page for details.

Our product page provides a detailed size table, so you can choose the appropriate size according to your height, chest circumference, waist circumference and other measurement data. If you are not sure how to measure or choose, please contact our customer service.

Although we try our best to ensure that the picture is consistent with the actual product color, there may be slight color difference due to different display settings. This difference is usually very subtle and will not affect the overall effect.

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:

 Free of charge, full refund.

·Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started. Men's clothing made in women's size and women's clothing made in men's size are both customized and non refundable.

 

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
